2. Products

We sell physical products, including but not limited to 3D printed items, accessories, mounts, holders, and related goods.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, compatibility information, and other product details accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, production tolerances, material variations, or product updates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any brand names, trademarks, tool names, or model names mentioned on our website are used only to describe compatibility. GaragePrintsLT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands.

3. Product Compatibility

Some products may be designed to fit specific tools, devices, models, or accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product description and confirm compatibility before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your tool or item, please contact us before purchasing at info@garageprintslt.com.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you are legally allowed to enter into a purchase contract;
  • you have checked the product description, quantity, shipping address, and any compatibility information before completing the order.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, pricing mistake, or other problem.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, delivery restrictions, or technical errors.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may include or exclude VAT/taxes depending on your location, the platform used, and applicable tax rules. Any delivery costs, taxes, or other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Payment must be completed before the order is processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the countries or regions shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, holidays, weather, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may charge the customer for re-shipping costs.

7. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns if the customer ships the item back within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery;
  • the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
  • the item should include any original packaging, accessories, or included parts, where applicable;
  • proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

To start a return, contact us at info@garageprintslt.com before sending the item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

This return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

9. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to certain legal exceptions. EU rules also allow sellers to require customers to pay return shipping costs if this is disclosed before purchase. 

Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your mandatory legal rights and does not reduce them.

Some goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including goods that are made to order, clearly personalised, or otherwise legally exempt.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@garageprintslt.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos of the item;
  • photos of the packaging, if relevant.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation and applicable law.

EU consumers have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. 

11. Custom or Personalised Orders

Custom-made, personalised, modified, or specially requested products may not be eligible for return or cancellation unless they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

If a product is made specifically according to your request, dimensions, design, colour choice, model requirement, or other custom instruction, we may not be able to accept a return simply because you changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is defective or incorrectly made.

12. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to:

  • attempting to access restricted areas;
  • interfering with website security or functionality;
  • using the website for fraudulent purposes;
  • copying, scraping, or reproducing content without permission;
  • submitting false, misleading, or harmful information;
  • violating applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our website where misuse is suspected.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photos, text, designs, graphics, logos, layouts, and other materials, belongs to GaragePrintsLT or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names, or model names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification or compatibility purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for defective products, fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.

15. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using products safely and only for their intended purpose.

Wall mounts, holders, brackets, and similar products must be installed correctly and used within reasonable weight and usage limits. The customer is responsible for checking that the mounting surface, screws, plugs, and installation method are suitable for the intended use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, modification, unsuitable mounting surfaces, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

16. Account and Customer Information

If you create an account or provide information during checkout, you are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have additional mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Customers in the European Union may also have access to consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
